The Attendee clicks on the Hotel tab.

Then clicks Yes and is taken to a page where they select the block, and enter a Checkin In and Check Out date.  Save.

Then they are passed/redirected to a Passkey page which opens in a new window - as a result of this block being connected to Passkey.  The start page for Passkey inherits the checkin / checkout dates.

They select the room type - and form here they are in the Passkey Reservation site which is similar to any hotel booking site.  When they get to the Guest Information page - it has likewise inherited the details they put into MeetMax, thus making it faster for them.

They add their Payment Information.  The main benefit of a system like Passkey - is that you do not need to handle Credit Cards in case your Attendees do not show.   Passkey and the Hotel have all that information - MeetMax never sees it.

They click Next and it takes them to a summary page - where they need to check off the "I have read the terms and conditions..." phrase before completing their reservation.

When they get back to MeetMax - the Hotel page refreshes and presents them with the details of their reservations. The reservation is automatically locked on MeetMax.  If they wish to edit or cancel it they need to follow the receipt instructions they receive from Passkey.
