This is a conversation that begins with the Account Manager for your account.

Would you like to take advantage of Application Fees as a way to pay MeetMax on a success or variable basis to subsidize or replace the license fee for using MeetMax.  This can be done in conjunction with a handling fee if you wish, and the handling fee be set to cover the cost of the application fee, so you are not out of pocket.

Once you have established your choice let your Account Manager know - and we set it up for your event - either as a fixed component, a variable component or a bit of both.

When attendees register - the application fee itself is completely invisible to them.  the invoice looks just as they would expect.

To the Admin though - the application fee can be seen on the Attendee reports and the list of Transactions.

In your Stripe account, you will see the amount of the transation less the application fee (which is sent to the MeetMax Stripe account)
