Why use a Premium email account?
For events with a high volume of email, the Premium service offers convenience and peace of mind.
Lower suppression risk
With our standard email service, MeetMax sends emails from a shared account. We maintain a high sender reputation, so this solution works well for many of our clients.
A shared email account, however, does come with some risk. If one client’s emails are suppressed, that could affect other clients on the shared account.
Streamlined batch sends
Traditionally, MeetMax sends emails in batches of 50. At the end of each batch, you’re prompted to start the next one. For large email batches, this monitoring becomes time-consuming.
With a Premium email account, your email batches always process in a single operation - no matter their size.
- Start the send once, and then focus on other work while it processes in the background.
- The Batch email log tells you when the whole batch is sent.
How a Premium account works
When you sign up for a Premium account:
- You’ll have a dedicated sub-account on our email server, registered to your own domain. If another of our clients has their emails suppressed, that won’t affect your emailing.
- The From address is on your email domain, not meetmax.com.
- Your Premium account helps your emails pass spam checks more easily, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC (assuming your team has configured it).
- Your Premium account also has its own IP address. This increases sender reputation, and means you’ll never be affected by another MeetMax client’s email issues.

Once you’ve signed up for the Premium service, your IT team will need to configure some settings in your organization’s domain account.
