Why integrate MeetMax with EventBrite?

• you are part way through the event already using EventBrite but you want a meetings, or badging solution as well
• you use EventBrite for may different types of events, and you need the specialist functionality of MeetMax for one particular event.

What will the integration allow you to do?

Import all the registration attendees to date into MeetMax as attendees

Once set up, at any time you can import all attendees from EventBrite.   It will access all attendees and import them in MeetMax, with the exceptions of:

• Attendees who have been imported already (no supes will be created)
• Attendees missing data that is required in MeetMax

If all you are using MeetMax for is Badging, say, then this may be sufficient.   The day before the event, do an import such as this.

Capture all new Attendees and Cancellation as they occur real-time

This utilizes the webhook function in EventBrite.  Whenever an attendee registers themself, or is added by the event administrator - within seconds, they appear as an attendee in MeetMax.

And if they are cancelled or deleted in EventBrite - they are cancelled in MeetMax.

So for Badging or a Meeting solution, MeetMax has an up to date record of the attendees for the event.
