With our integration, you can list your MeetMax events to the public CorpAxe Calendar. Now it’s easy for prospects to find you on this industry-leading calendar tool.

In this article:

Where is it?

We're assuming here that you've already set up the integration. Once that's done, your integration settings are in the Configure tab:

In addition to sharing an event with CorpAxe, you can share its meeting schedule.

Step 1. In your MeetMax event, head to the Configure tab. Choose Event Settings, then CorpAxe:
Step 2. Add your event's settings:
  • Send Event to CorpAxe: Set this to Yes.
  • Include Corporate Reps: You can either send a list of Company Reps to CorpAxe, or a list of participating Companies.
  • GICS Codes: Choose the Global Industry Classification Standard codes that apply to the event.
  • Event Type: Choose the type of event. Then click Save:
Step 3. Now, click the Export Events button:
Step 4. Once you’ve made these settings, you can return to this page any time and click the Export Events button again.
Each time you click the Export Events, that export overrides any previous exports.
Keep in mind that if you create an event in CorpAxe, or make changes to event details in CorpAxe, that data won't appear in MeetMax

Sharing multiple events

MeetMax makes it easy to keep multiple events synced to CorpAxe Calendar. Be sure to enable each event you want to share with CorpAxe, as shown above.

In each of your shared events, you'll see a count of the total number of events you're currently sharing with CorpAxe:

Each time you click the Export Events button from any event, MeetMax will re-sync the data for all of your enabled events.

There’s no limit to how many times you can export data. You might, for example, make your first export once you have most of your registrations, and then export again later to send last-minute changes.
