Once you have participants signing up for your event’s activities, MeetMax helps you monitor registrations and share those details with activity facilities.

Where is it?

Everything you need is in the Activities tab. For management tasks like we’re covering here, you’ll use the Activity List and Attendees pages:

Monitoring Activity sign-ups

In MeetMax, there are two ways to check who’s signed up for your activities.

Viewing sign-ups for a single activity

Head to the Activity List page, and locate the activity you want to check on.

In the Action menu, choose Attendees:

You’ll see a list of the participants who’ve signed up for this activity. If you added Activity Options, like questions or choices, you’ll also see that information.

In this example, we added a Yes/No question to the Activity Options. Here, we see who answered Yes and No:

In this example, we added an Option with a group of choices. Here we see what each participant selected, plus any notes they added:

Each participant has an Edit link. Click that, and you can update that person’s activity registrations.

Viewing sign-ups for all activities

You can also get a global view of who’s signed up for all of your event’s Activities. Head to the Activities tab and choose Attendees:

Here, you’ll see sign-ups for every activity, collected in one table:

You can apply filters to narrow this list to people from a single company, or even to a single participant:

Exporting sign-up lists

Once you have a complete sign-up list, you might want to send that information to the activity facility, a catering contact, or your own team members.

When you’re viewing any sign-up list, you’ll find its export options in the top right corner:

  • Excel: Export the list in Excel file format. You can open this in your favorite spreadsheet software.
  • Print: Open the list in a new browser window, so you can print it from your browser.
  • Email: Open the MeetMax messaging tool. You email a copy of this list to an activity partner or anyone else who needs it:
