If an Attendee or Company wants to change the email address associated with their MeetMax account, you can do this from your Admin view.
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:

- (If you’re updating a Company contact email, head to the Company List instead.)
- Step 2. Filter the list to find the Attendee you need to update. Use the Action menu to choose Contact:

Your event might have a different name for this option, like Details or Registration. - Step 3. You’ll now have access to the Attendee’s contact details. You can update any information here.
- Be sure to click Submit to save!

If you’ve set up user accounts to use the email address as a Username, be sure to update the email address in both fields, as shown above.
