In this article:
Group Name
There might be cases where you need to organize some of your participants into groups. This field can apply to Attendees, Companies, and/or Company Reps.
Is Attending
This Yes/No field helps you track participants by their attendance status. You might want to target specific messaging to these groups, or be able to filter your Attendee List to them.
Meetings tied to parent
This Yes/No field applies to Company Reps:
- A Yes answer means that a Company Rep will be automatically included in every 1x1 meeting booked with their Company.
- A No answer means the Rep can have 1x1 meetings on their own, but they won’t be automatically added to the Company’s meetings.
Presenting
This Yes/No field helps you track which participants are also presenters. That way you can target emails and messages to them, or filter your Attendee List.
Receive Requests
This Yes/No field applies to Companies, Company Reps, and Attendees. It allows a participant to receive meeting requests from Attendees, or not.
A good example of this is when one Company Rep is attending as a presenter only. A No answer means they won't be part of any 1x1 meetings.
Use Availability
This field controls who sets meeting availability by default – MeetMax, or the participant:
- For Companies, the default Yes answer means the Company sets its own availability.
- For Attendees, the default No answer means that MeetMax sets them as available for all meeting times, and the Attendee can opt out of time slots as needed.
