You can remove individual Companies from 1x1 meeting availability, so no one sends them meeting requests.
- Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Form Layout, then Company, then Edit Form:
- Step 2. We only need to update the Admin version of this form. In the top left corner, use the Form version menu to choose Admin:
- Step 3. In the lower right corner of the Form Editor, click the Add Field button. Then choose Available for 1-on-1’s from the menu:
- Step 4. Click Save to update the Admin form:
- Step 5. Now, head to the Company List page:
- Step 6. Filter the list to locate the Company you need to exclude from meetings. Then, use the Action menu and choose Contact:
- Step 7. You’re now in the Admin view of this Company’s registration form. Set the Available for 1-on-1’s field to No, then click Save:
Now, this Company is visible as a participant in your event, but they won't be available for your meetings program.
You can use this form field for any Company that needs to be excluded from meetings.
