How do I opt a Company out of 1x1 meetings?

You can remove individual Companies from 1x1 meeting availability, so no one sends them meeting requests.

Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Form Layout, then Company, then Edit Form:
Step 2. We only need to update the Admin version of this form. In the top left corner, use the Form version menu to choose Admin:
Step 3. In the lower right corner of the Form Editor, click the Add Field button. Then choose Available for 1-on-1’s from the menu:
Step 4. Click Save to update the Admin form:
Step 5. Now, head to the Company List page:
Step 6. Filter the list to locate the Company you need to exclude from meetings. Then, use the Action menu and choose Contact:
Step 7. You’re now in the Admin view of this Company’s registration form. Set the Available for 1-on-1’s field to No, then click Save:

Now, this Company is visible as a participant in your event, but they won't be available for your meetings program.

You can use this form field for any Company that needs to be excluded from meetings.
