Some of your Attendees might want to prevent their contact details from being shared with other event participants. You can use this optional setting or not - it depends on your event.

Be sure to set this up before you start registration.

Adding the choice to the registration form

Step 1. Head to the Attendee Form Editor:

Step 2. Click the Add Field button. Then choose Share my contact info:

Step 3. Click the Save button:

What the Attendee sees

Attendees will now see this option as they register for your event:
