Some of your Attendees might want to prevent their contact details from being shared with other event participants.

You can use this optional setting or not - it depends on your event.

Adding the choice to the registration form

Step 1. Head to the Attendee Form Editor:

Step 2. Click the Add Field button. Then choose Share my contact info:

Step 3. Make sure the checkbox shown below is checked, so this field saves to both the public form and the Admin form.

Then, click the Save button:
