If your event allows Attendees to bring Guests to various activities, you might need to export a list of these Guests.
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List page:
- Step 2. Use the Columns tab to add the Guest Of and Role columns to the list. Click Apply to save:

You can also remove any current columns you won’t need for your guest list. - Step 3. Now, head to the Filter tab. Filter the Attendee List by Role, and choose Guest:
- Step 4. You now have a list of all Guests who are signed up for activities at your event.
- Need a guest list for a specific activity? Use the top Filter menu to choose With Activity. You’ll then see a menu of your event’s scheduled activities to choose from:
- Step 5. When you have the list you need, head to the top right corner of the page. Choose Bulk Actions, then Excel:
- MeetMax will export a file that you can open in any spreadsheet program.
