How can a participant opt out of all Activities?

There are two ways to opt an Attendee or Company out of all Activities at your event:

  • The participant can opt out from their own MeetMax account.
  • You can opt them out from your Admin account.

From an Attendee or Company account

The participant can log into MeetMax, and head to the Activities tab.

At the bottom of the Activities page, they’ll click the Not interested in any activities button:

They’re now opted out of all Activities for your event.

From the Admin account

From your account, you can head to the Attendee List or Company List:

Filter the list to locate the participant you need. Then use the Action menu to choose Activities:

You’ll then see the participant’s Activities page in your Admin view, with the same Not interested in any activities button. Click that to opt this participant out. The change saves automatically:
