Once a Company has added their Company Reps to MeetMax, you can make updates to those records any time.
- Step 1. In MeetMax, Company Reps are considered Attendees. So to edit a Company Rep’s record, you’ll head to the Attendee List page:
- Step 2. Filter the list to locate the Company Rep you need to update. Then, head to the Action menu, and then choose Contact:

In your event, the Contact page might be labeled differently, like Registration or Details. - Step 3. You’re now seeing this Rep’s completed registration form, here in your Admin account.
- You can add or edit any information you need. Click Submit to save:
