Once a Company has added their Company Reps to MeetMax, you can make updates to those records any time.

Changing the associated Company
Company Rep records are always associated with a parent Company.
If you need to change the Company a Rep is associated to, MeetMax doesn't currently have a way to make that change.
Instead, you can:
- Delete the Company Rep from MeetMax.
- Use the Company List to locate the new Company.
- Add the Rep again, under the new Company's record.
Updating other details
If you only need to change a name, email address, or other contact information, follow these steps.
- Step 1. In MeetMax, Company Reps are considered Attendees.
- So to edit a Company Rep’s record, you’ll head to the Attendee List:

- Step 2. Filter the list to locate the Company Rep you need to update. Then, use the Action menu to choose Contact:

In your event, the Contact page might be labeled differently, like Registration or Details. - Step 3. You’re now in the Admin view of this Rep’s completed registration form.
- You can add or edit any information you need. Click Submit to save:
