Expanded Company search (Fuzzy filters)
Your event might have a long list of participating Companies. Attendees will need to search through that list to make meeting requests.
If they misspell a Company name or can’t remember it exactly, that can make it challenging to locate the Company they need - especially on mobile devices.
You can turn on an optional search tool to make things easier.
- Step 1. Head to the Company List:
- Step 2. Go to any Company record - the change you make here will apply to everyone.
- Use the Action menu to choose Meeting Times:
- Step 3. On the Meeting Times page, head to the right edge. Click on the Customize tab to open it:
- Step 4. Click on the Request Meeting Options section, then choose Use fuzzy filter.
- Click Submit to save:
With this setting, MeetMax broadens the way it searches Company names. We’ll incorporate more Company data fields in searches, and we’ll search phonetically.
Your Attendees have more leeway with spelling and formats of names.
