Once you’re waiting for your event’s Attendees to make their meeting requests, you might want to keep track of who hasn’t. That way, you can follow up as needed.
We’ll show the Attendee List here, but the process is the same from the Company List. If your event has Companies making meeting requests, you can do the same check. |
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:
- Step 2. As an optional step, you might want to head to the Columns tab.
- Add the Requests Made column so you can easily see that data. Click Apply to save:
- Step 3. Now head back to the Filter tab. Use the top filter menu to choose Without Requests. Then click the Search icon:
- Step 4. The resulting list shows everyone who hasn’t made meeting requests yet. If you want to email them a reminder, head to the top right corner of the page.
- Choose Bulk Actions, then Batch:
- Step 5. You can now send this group of Attendees a reminder email from MeetMax:
