How do I delete my custom reports?

  Only the person who created a report can delete it - even if the report was shared with your team.

Seeing who created a report

Step 1. Head to the Reports tab. Then choose Custom Library:
Step 2. On the Custom Reports Library page, you’ll see all of the custom reports your team has created and set as Shared.
The creator’s MeetMax username appears after each title:
Step 3. This page also shows you where each report is located, as shown above. That information will be helpful for the creator who’s deleting it.

Deleting a report

Step 1. Use the Custom Reports Library page to see where you created the report. That’s where you’ll go to delete it.
In this example, we’ll delete a custom report our team doesn’t need anymore: Attendees who haven’t confirmed. We can see that it’s in the Attendees tab:
Step 2. Head to the tab where you created the report. Then find the List page for that tab.
Here, we’ll go to the Attendees tab, then choose Attendee List:
Step 3. Click on the Custom Report tab. Then use the menu to load the report you want to delete:
  Once you delete this report, it can’t be recovered. You might want to export a copy before deleting.
Step 4. Now that your report is displaying, click on the menu once again. You’ll now have the option to delete this report:
You’ll be prompted to confirm the deletion.
