When a member of your team saves a custom report, they can choose to share it with the team, or not:
Your whole team can access shared reports. There are two places to do this.
Option 1: Custom Reports Library
Head to the Reports tab. Then choose Custom Library:
On the Custom Reports Library page, your team’s reports are organized by the tab where they're located.
You’ll also see the username of the person who created each report:
Using the reports
Each report title is a download link. Click to download the report as a spreadsheet.
If you’d rather work with the report on-screen, head to the tab indicated. Then open the List page for that tab.
For example, reports in the Companies tab will be on the Company List page.
When you get to that page, click on the Custom Report tab. Then use the menu to load the report:
Option 2: Loading reports from the List pages
Your team can also locate shared custom reports on any List page, like the Attendee List, Company List, Meeting Request List and so on.
Head to the top right corner of any list, and use the Load report menu. You’ll see all of the shared custom reports that were created from this list:
