Report: All meeting requests with current statuses

How it’s used:

• This report gives you a current snapshot of your 1x1 meetings program.

• For each request, you’ll see if it’s currently Pending, Confirmed, Approved, or Declined.

• You can see if anyone needs a reminder to process the requests they’ve received.

Running the report

Step 1. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Meeting Requests:
Step 2. Go to the Columns tab. Here, you can add and remove columns. Click Apply to save the changes.
We recommend including the columns shown below. Depending on your event, there might be others you’ll want to add:
Your event might have slightly different names for these columns.
The Source is the person who requested the meeting. The Target is the person who receives that request.
Step 3. At this point, you can go to the Filter tab and see the basic report. You might want to export it as a spreadsheet and work more with the data. (See the section below.)

Filter options

You can also use the Filter tool to view subsets of this report. For example:

Filter by Status: This narrows the report to requests with one status:
Filter by Target Company: This filter lets you see the requests one Company has received, and how they’re progressing.
Filter by Source Company: With this filter, you’ll see all requests Attendees from one Company have made:
Filter by Interest Level: If you’re scheduling meetings from participant requests, you can also filter this report by the Source’s interest level, or by other criteria you’ve added to your request form. That helps you set high-value meetings:
