You can delete any field from your forms, except Company Name, First Name, and Last Name. (Those are crucial to MeetMax!)
- The process to delete a field is the same no matter which form you’re working in. (We’ll show the Attendee registration form here.)
- You can delete a field from the public version of the form, or the Admin version, or both.
- Step 1. We’re assuming here that you’re already in the Form Editor for your form:

- Step 2. If you want to remove this field from only one version of your form, be sure to choose it from the menu, as shown below.
- If you want to remove the field from both versions, skip this step:

- Step 3. Next, locate the field you want to delete. Then click the checkbox in the Hidden column:

- Step 4. If you want this change to apply to both versions of the form, be sure to click the checkbox shown below.

If you want this field removed from only the version you chose in Step 2, leave this box unchecked.
- Click Save to process the change:

Once you’ve removed a field, you’ll have access to it in future. You can access it any time from the Add field menu:
