How it’s used:
• This is a handy report when you’ve already scheduled the bulk of your event’s meetings, and need to place fill-in meetings on specific days.
• You can run this report for a single day’s availability, or for availability over multiple days.

Running the report
- Step 1. Head to the Attendees tab. Choose Attendee List:
- Step 2. Go to the Columns tab. Here, you can add and remove columns. Click Apply to save the changes.
- We recommend including these columns:

Your event might have slightly different names for the Attendee role, and these columns. - Step 3. Now, head to the Filter tab. You’ll set two filters here:
- • In the lower menu, set the filter to Role. Choose Attendee.
- • In the upper Filter menu, choose With Availability. Then choose the event date you need:

You can select more than one event day for your filter. That will filter the list to Attendees who have availability on all of your selected dates.
Exporting the report
To export the report in spreadsheet form, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Bulk Actions, then choose Excel.
You can open the exported file in any spreadsheet software:
Saving the report
Want to save this report so you can quickly access it later?
Head to the Custom Report tab. Choose New from the menu.
Then give the report a title, choose whether to share it with your team, and click Save:
Finding the available time slots
Once you know which Attendees have some availability on a specific date, you can head to the Availability Report page.
There, you can see which specific time slots each Attendee has available.
