For 15 months after the conclusion of an event, MeetMax retains its event-specific data on our production servers.

If you’re using template events, MeetMax retains these on our production servers for 15 months after the conclusion of the template’s original event dates.

At the 15-month point, we delete both event data and templates.

Is deletion permanent?

These deletions are permanent and non-recoverable. As part of our ongoing security compliance, we can only undertake long-term data storage if we have a contractual agreement with you to do so.

You can always subscribe to our Event Data Archive service, which gives you long-term data storage. At the 15-month point, we’ll move your data and template events to our archive servers. You’ll be able to retrieve data at any time as long as you have an active subscription.
