What data can MeetMax archive for me?

If you’d like to have data from your past events archived, you can subscribe to our Event Data Archive service. With that service, we’ll store the following data on our archive servers:
- Attendee and Company registration details
- Attendee and Company file uploads
- Feedback and survey responses
- Presentations and Activities, with attendance records
- Hotel and Transportation details, with usage records
- 1x1 meeting records
| If you have template events in your account, we'll archive the participant-related data shown above, if any is present in the template. MeetMax doesn't archive any template settings. |
If you’re not subscribed to our Event Data Archive service, we’ll store events and template events in your account for 15 months after their end dates. Then they're deleted permanently.
As part of our ongoing security compliance, we can only undertake long-term data storage if we have a contractual agreement with you to do so. Contact your TWST Sales Rep for details on the Event Data Archive service.
