If you’d like to have data from your past events archived, you can subscribe to our Event Data Archive service. With that service, we’ll store the following data on our archive servers:
Event-specific data
Your event might not be using all of these types of information:
- Attendee and Company registration details
- Attendee and Company file uploads
- Feedback and survey responses
- Presentations and Activities, with attendance records
- Hotel and Transportation details, with usage records
- 1x1 meeting records
Template events
If you have our Support team designate an event as a template, we’ll store all of its custom settings, forms, messages, email wrappers, and more.
We can store any of the items shown below, depending on which ones you’re using in your event:
If you’re not subscribed to our Event Data Archive service, we’ll store event data and templates for 15 months after the conclusion of each event. Then it’s deleted permanently.
As part of our ongoing security compliance, we can only undertake long-term data storage if we have a contractual agreement with you to do so. Contact your TWST Sales Rep for details on the Event Data Archive service.
