Sometimes, two Attendees or Company Reps might want to have identical meeting schedules. In these cases, you can copy meetings from one person to another.
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:

- Step 2. Filter the list to locate the participant you need to update. Use the Action menu and choose Transfer Meetings:

If you don’t see the Transfer Meetings option in your account, reach out to our Support team. - Step 3. You’ll see a pop-up that shows all of this person’s scheduled meetings. You’ll also see the names of their colleagues from the same company.
- Make sure the radio button is set to Copy. Then click to choose the colleague who’ll be added to these meetings:

MeetMax compares this participant’s meeting schedule against any existing meetings their colleague has. If there’s a schedule conflict, we’ll mark that colleague as Unavailable, as shown above. - Step 5. You can choose to send the colleague an email message. If you choose Yes, MeetMax will send a notification for each meeting they’ve been added to. We’ll add your message to each of these emails.
- Click Submit to process the changes.
