Where is it?
Once it’s enabled, the Transportation tab has everything you need:

This module lets you offer ground transportation options between airports and your event. You can use these tools for limo, shuttle, bus, or any other kind of transport.
| Use the Transportation module only when you’re paying for (or guaranteeing) transportation for your event. |
Enabling the Transportation module
- Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Event Settings, then Enable Features:

- Step 2. Scroll to the Transport section. Choose Yes:

- Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button:

Adding a Transportation service
In MeetMax, transportation entries are based on pick-up locations and dates. That helps your Attendees choose the most convenient options.
- Step 1. Head to the Transportation tab. Choose Add Pickup Service:

- Step 2. Indicate whether this service is for Arrival or Departure.
- Then enter the pick-up location. In this example, we’ll use the airport terminal name and the shuttle company’s name. You can enter any details that will help your Attendees locate their transportation:

- Step 3. Your event’s start and end dates automatically appear on this form. Adjust them to show the dates this service will be available
- In this example, since we’re entering transportation for arrivals, we’re showing only the dates this service is handling arrivals. If this service is also handling departures, we’ll create a separate entry for those.
- Click Submit to save:
Editing or deleting a Transportation service
If you need to update or remove a service, head to the Transportation Availability page:

Click the Edit or Delete buttons to make changes:

If you need to delete a service entirely, you'll delete each of its date entries.
