How do I cancel a meeting request?

As an event Admin, you can cancel any participant’s meeting request.

Step 1. In this example, Attendees are sending meeting requests. So we’ll head to the Attendee List:
Step 2. Filter the list to locate the Attendee whose request you need to cancel.
Use the Action menu to choose Meeting Requests Sent:
Step 3. Locate the request you need to cancel. Head to the right side of the page and click on the menu. Then choose Cancel:
Step 4. In the pop-up, you can offer a reason, and choose whether to send an email note to the request recipient. Click Submit to process the cancellation:
