How it’s used:
• If your event has virtual meetings, this report gives you an overall view of attendance.
• You’ll be able to see the length of time attendees were logged into the meeting.
• You can run this report for individual meetings, or a single day of meetings, or your program as a whole.

Running the report
- Step 1. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Meetings:
- Step 2. The default report includes all meetings. If you’d like to filter the list to show a subset, use the Filter menu to choose options.
- You could filter, for example, by specific meeting dates or companies who participated:
- Step 3. Next, click the Import Zoom Stats button:

You can click this button at any time during your event. MeetMax will import all available stats as of that time. - Step 4. To see the stats you’ve just imported, hover over the meeting ID of any meeting. A pop-up appears, showing who attended this meeting and for how long:
Adding attendance tracking
As you hover over each meeting and see who attended, click the Attendance checkboxes next to each participant’s name.
In the example below, there were supposed to be two Attendees at this meeting: Jennifer Exampleston and Harold Testington. The pop-up shows that Janet attended, but Harold didn’t:
We’ll mark them accordingly. Click once to show who attended, or twice to show who didn’t:
Mark attendance for each meeting in the list. Then you’re ready to export this report.
Customizing the export
You’ll want to add some columns to this report before exporting.
- Step 1. Click the Settings button:
- Step 2. In the pop-up, head to the Excel Columns tab:
- Here, you can add and remove columns:
- We recommend using these columns:
- Click Submit to save.

Your event might have slightly different names for these columns. The Source is the person who requested the meeting. The Target is the person who receives that request.
Exporting the report
Once you’ve set up the columns of your report, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel.
You can open the exported file in any spreadsheet software:
Saving the report
Want to save this report so you can quickly access it later?
Click the Settings button again. Head to the Excel Custom Report tab. Choose New from the menu.
Then give the report a title, choose whether to share it with your team, and click Submit:
