How it’s used:
• This report shows all scheduled meetings that were canceled.
• You’ll be able to see who canceled each meeting, and any cancellation reasons that were entered in MeetMax.

Running the report
- Step 1. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Meetings:
- Step 2. You’re now on the Meetings List. Click on the Cancelled tab to see all canceled meetings:
- Step 3. This tab contains every meeting that was canceled throughout your event.
- As an optional step, you might want to use the Filter tool to narrow this list down. You can, for example, show only one Company’s cancelled meetings - whether they were the Source or Target of the meeting:

The Source is the person who requested the meeting. The Target is the person who receives that request.
Exporting the report
To export the report in spreadsheet form, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel.
You can open the exported file in any spreadsheet software:
For this report, you can’t customize which columns are included in the export. MeetMax will export the full details of each canceled meeting, and you can customize the spreadsheet. |
Running supplemental reports
There’s no need to save this report as a custom report. You can return to the Cancelled tab at any time and export a new spreadsheet. It will reflect all cancellations as of that date and time.
