When your event ends, it stays available in your MeetMax account for 15 months. That way you can:

• Do post-event analysis
• Copy details over to upcoming events

Registered participants can still log into their MeetMax accounts during this period.

If you want to remove this access, reach out to our Support team. They can disable participant logins for you. Your Admin team will still have access until the event is archived or deleted.
