These are a series of configuration settings/questions that relate specifically to how you will be running your meetings program.

Show those attendees who have the 'Receive Requests' setting turned off?

This is a simple question asking whether Attendees opting out of receiving meeting requests should be hidden to other Attendees - or simply shown as Not Available.

Max number confirmed meetings

Max num Confirmed Meetings should only be used if you have a location constraint - and you wish to cap the number of meetings that can occur in a given time slot.  Once the number of confirmed meetings for your event reaches this cap, the slot will no longer be available to create new meetings, nor to confirm any outstanding pending meetings.

Enable joinable group meetings

These are Meeting Types that allow multiple Attendees to opt in and join even after other Attendees are in the meeting.  Demos, or small group presentations are examples where this might be used.

Allow meetings between colleagues (without a third party)

This is for internal company events especially where different Attendees from ABC Company all want to meet each other - because they are from separate divisions or geographies.   Normally - meetings between 2 Attendees from the same company are not confirmed (i.e not fully scheduled) until a third party joins the meeting.

Require the availability of a reserved room for meeting creation

This is for a Trade Show type event - where meetings are held at booths - and where there is nowhere else to meet - if there is no space available in at least one participants location at that time - then the meeting should not be allowed.

Automatically assign room to meeting when confirmed

For unmoderated meeting programs - where meetings are held in exhibitor booths, or there is a general pool of tables where all meetings will occur - and it is desired that the system assign meetings to a location automatically as soon as they are scheduled.  The alternative is to either leave Attendees to choose a location, or for the moderator to assign locations later (e.g if the location names are not known yet).

Enable batch creation of meetings

This is a special functionality that allows the Admin to choose pairs of Attendees to meet based on various criteria - and to create meetings, without those Attendees having ever expressed a desire to meet proactively.   This is the most moderated process - and is often part of an "all meets all" program, or a round-robin program.

Enable meeting feedback?

This is the switch that turns on the ability for Attendees to rate/review the meetings once they have occurred.  This can include a 1-5 star rating, indicating no-shows, and even being asked customized feedback questions about the meetings.
