If you’re importing presentations to MeetMax, you can format your spreadsheet to include multiple presenters in any presentation.

Step 1. As with all presentation imports, we recommend starting by downloading our sample spreadsheet:

Step 2. For a presentation with multiple presenters, you’ll add a separate, identical row for each presenting person or Company.

Here’s an example of a panel discussion, where several Companies are participating:

Every other detail of the presentation must be identical in all rows. If there’s any difference, MeetMax will create multiple presentations.

Step 3. If you need to designate one presenter as a Moderator, use the Moderator column in your spreadsheet, as shown above. That way you can designate moderators with a Y.

Here’s a more complex example, of a panel where two of the participating Companies will have more than one Company Rep in the presentation:
