How this list works

The Presentation Reports page is designed to be a handy link list, where you can quickly access reports from different areas of MeetMax:

Depending on the report, when you click the link you’ll either:

  • Be taken to a report page in MeetMax (which you can optionally print)
  • Download an Excel file, to open in your favorite spreadsheet software

Below, you’ll find a short description of each report.

Overlapping Availabilities and Presentations report

This report is useful if you want to make sure no participant can schedule meetings during presentation times.

In the report, you’ll see a list of Attendees and Companies who have an available time slot for meetings while there’s a scheduled presentation.

Overlapping Scheduled Items report

If you’re using MeetMax’s conflict prevention tools, you won’t have any data on this report.

If you’re not using those tools, this report will display any 1x1 meetings that are scheduled at times when the participant is also signed up for a Presentation or Activity.

Webcast Video Log Spreadsheet

This report shows you the Attendees who viewed each of your event’s webcast presentations, and how long they watched.
