Simplifying the list of requests an Attendee sees

Not all events need to present all options to Attendees relating to either Requests they have made (Sent Requests) or those they have received (Received requests). As Admin - you have the ability to limit what they see if its not relevant for their event.

Sent Tab

From the Admin view, go to anyone at all (person or company) who has made requests - and go to their Sent Tab

Meetings Requests > Sent

For some events - you may not want Attendees to:

rank the requests they make (this is really for automation or moderated events)
see when they made the request
take any further action on the request they made
even to distinguish between Pending / Approved / Declined requests as 3 groups

Use the settings widget on the page to see the settings you can change. for example, Hide Rank and Hide Date Requested.

Click Save as Default to set this view as the one the Attendees see. Below you can see that the Ranking and the Date columns disappear. Checking Combined List would have collapsed all requests into one list regardless of Status. Hide Time Slots would have have hidden the time slot widget that gives users a guide to their slots.

Received Tab

From the Admin view, go to anyone at all (person or company) who has received requests - and go to their Received Tab

Meetings Requests > Received

For some events - you may not want Attendees to:

respond with their interest level
see when they received the request
take any further action on the request they made
even to distinguish between Pending / Approved / Declined requests as 3 groups
see the Time Slot widget

Use the settings widget on the page to see the settings you can change. for example, Hide Interest Level, Hide Dated Requested.

Click Save as Default to set this view as the one the Attendees see. Below you can see that the Interest Level disappears, and the Date column.
