Adding a single Attendee
Keep in mind that you can also import a list of Attendees to save time. |
- Step 1. Head to the Attendees tab, and choose Add Attendee:
- Step 2. Fill in the registration form with as much information as you have.
- You only need the required fields. The Attendee will be able to fill in any other details later:
- Step 3. Click Submit to save.

We recommend setting the Attendee username to be their email address. It simplifies the login process.
Notifying the Attendee of registration
Once you've added the Attendee, it's time to let them know they're registered for your event. We'll do this with a batch email.
- Step 1. Go to the Messaging tab. Choose Send Batch Email, then Attendees:
- Step 2. At the top of the page, you’ll see the number of emails in this batch. As a default, it includes all of the Attendees you’ve added to MeetMax.
- If you need to send only to certain attendees, use the Filter tab to apply filters that narrow the list:
- Step 3. In the Compose tab, head to the Attachment field. Choose Registration Confirmation:
- Step 4. This attachment inserts a complete, personalized message into the email (see the sample email below). You can also add an extra note if you like.
- Click Continue to Preview:
- Step 5. If all looks correct, click Begin sending emails:
- Step 6. MeetMax will generate a unique email for each Attendee you send to, containing a confirmation number to log in. The email looks something like this:
