Adding a single Company

Sometimes you might need to add one Company to MeetMax, to supplement your main registration.

Where is it?

You’ll add and notify the Company from the Companies tab:

Keep in mind that you can also import a list of Companies to save time.

Step 1. Head to the Companies tab. Then choose Add Company:

Step 2. You’ll now see the Company registration form, which you've customized for your event.

Fill in either the required fields or all fields, depending on the details you have. The Company can always add any missing information later.

Step 3. Click Save:

You’ll need to add at least one email address for a main contact. This is where you’ll be sending the notification of registration.

Now that you’ve added the Company, it’s time to notify them. We’ll do this with a batch email.

Step 1. Go to the Company List:

Step 2. Filter the list to locate the Company you just added. The list should now display only that Company, as shown below.

Head to the top right corner of the page. Click on Bulk Actions, then choose Batch:

Step 3. You’ll now be in the batch emailer, ready to send to a batch of one.

In the Attachment menu, choose Registration Confirmation. This adds a complete, personalized message to the email:

Step 4. If your event is using Email Wrappers, choose the one you want to add to this email.

You can also add a custom Subject line, if you like.

Then click Continue to Preview:

Step 5. If all looks correct, click Begin sending emails:

Step 6. MeetMax will generate a unique email, containing the Company's confirmation number to log in. The email looks something like this:

If you want to verify receipt, head to the Batch Email Log.
