How do I offer a choice of meeting lengths?

In an Unmoderated meeting program, where Attendees are scheduling their own meetings, you might want to give them a choice of durations. MeetMax can have multiple tracks of meeting time slots.

Step 1. Reach out to our Support team to enable this option for your event.
In this example, we’ve enabled meetings of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes. Our team can create any set of durations you need.
Step 2. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Time Slots:
Step 3. On the Time Slots page, click the Create Batch button:
Step 4. Choose an event date. You’ll see the default meeting duration, which is set to your shortest option.
Click the Add link to add your other durations:
Step 5. The Interval setting is optional, and may not be needed for all events. It will create alternate start times at the number of minutes you choose. This setting gives your Attendees more control over the amount of time they have between their meetings.
As an illustration, we’ve set up a 2-hour period below, with 30-minute meetings. MeetMax generates four time slots here:
If we add an Interval setting of 10 minutes, MeetMax adds more start-time options, at 10-minute intervals. This means that within the same 2-hour period, there are more time slot options:
In an event with a lot of meeting hours, adding an interval can create a very long list of time slots for your Attendees to sort through. If you want to use this option, we recommend enabling our Find a Time feature as well.
You can also leave this setting blank if you don’t need extra start times.
Step 6. At this point, you can make any adjustments you need to the available times. For example, here we’re removing time slots during the lunch hour. We’ll make the same change for all three durations:
Step 7. Click Save to save this batch of time slots. Depending on how many you’re creating, it could take a moment for this save to complete:
The Time Slots page now displays the batch, divided by meeting length:
