Once a PDF has been uploaded to MeetMax, it has a unique URL to paste into emails and web pages.
As an Admin, you can get any PDF link. Participating Companies can also get links to PDFs they’ve uploaded.
How Admins get the link
You can get links from either the Admin Uploads page or the Company Uploads page - the process is the same.
- Step 1. Head to the page you need:
- Step 2. Right click on the name of the file you want to link. Your browser will open a menu, where you can choose Copy Link.
- This menu will look a bit different depending on the browser you’re using:
- The file’s link is now copied to your clipboard. It looks something like this:

- Step 3. Paste the link into any communications you need. When someone clicks this link, the document will download to their computer.
How a Company gets the link
- Step 1. The Company Contact logs into MeetMax and heads to the Upload page. All uploaded files are listed here:
- Step 2. The Company then right clicks on the name of the file. The browser opens a menu to choose Copy Link:
- From there, the process is the same as for an Admin.
