How do I delete an Activity?

You can remove an Activity from your event even if some participants have already signed up.

Step 1. Head to the Activities tab. Choose Activity List:
Step 2. Locate the Activity you need to remove. Use the Action menu and choose Delete:
Step 3. You’ll be prompted to confirm the deletion.

What if the Activity had sign-ups?

If participants had already signed up for this activity, it will be removed from their schedules automatically. They won’t receive any email or in-app notifications.

If the activity was set as Universal, so it appears on everyone's schedules, you can still delete it. It will automatically remove from all schedules.
