How it’s used:
• This report lists all Attendees that have available time slots, and what those time slots are.
• You can run this report for all Attendees, or filter it down to show one Attendee, or a specific group.

Running the report
- Step 1. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Availability Report:
- Step 2. In the Filter tab, set the filter to Role, and then choose Attendee:
- Step 3. The report now has all Attendees, with all their available time slots. You can save or export it at this point, or filter it further.
- For example, you can add a second filter to show the availability of Attendees from a specific company. Or add a filter for any Attendee’s last name to see their availability:
Exporting the report
To export the report in spreadsheet form, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel.
