When you’re ready to share schedules with participants, you might want to include all their scheduled commitments:
- 1x1 meetings they’re scheduled for
- Presentations they’re attending
- Presentations they’re presenting
- Activities they’ve signed up for
MeetMax’s Combined Schedule format adds all of these, arranged in date/time order.
Setting up a combined schedule
We’ll show an Attendee schedule here, but the process would be the same for the Company schedule.
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List (or Company List, if you’re setting up the Company schedule):
- Step 2. Go to any Attendee’s record. (Changes you save here will apply to everyone.)
- Use the Action menu to choose Your Schedule:
- Step 3. Make sure the View menu is set to Attendee. Then, click the Settings (Attendee) button:
- Step 4. In the Settings pop-up, scroll down to the Hide Section list. Make sure the Combined Schedule is not checked.
- Then click Save as Default:
The finished schedule will look something like this, with presentations, activities, and meetings having color coding:
