How do I display virtual meeting links in schedules?

If your event uses virtual meetings, your participants will find the Zoom links to join these meetings in their MeetMax schedules.

Each virtual meeting has a meeting ID, which lists in the Location column of the schedule:

If you’re not seeing the ID numbers, follow these steps:

  We’ll show an Attendee schedule here, but you can also customize Company schedules this way. Start from the Company List instead.
Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:
Step 2. You can work from any record - the changes you make there will apply to everyone.
Use the Action menu to choose Your Schedule:
Step 3. Click the Settings button:
Step 4. In the Attendee Settings pop-up, make sure Hide location column is unchecked. Then click Save as Default:

The Location column of the schedule should now display clickable meeting ID numbers for each virtual meeting.

  The meeting IDs are clickable in a participant’s MeetMax account, in an emailed copy of their schedule, and in a PDF copy viewed on a screen.

When participants click on any meeting ID, they’ll see a pop-up with the Zoom link and dial-in numbers for that meeting:
