We’ll show the Admin view of an Attendee schedule here. Remember, you can also preview what the Attendee sees in their account. |
When to use this setting
This setting is useful if:
- Multiple Attendees from the same company are attending your event.
- These Attendees want to see a list of their combined meetings, so it’s clear who’s meeting with who.
- If you’re using our Onsite Registration service, this setting also lets Attendees or Company Reps print a combined schedule from our kiosks at your event.
How it works
In MeetMax, Attendees from the same company are called Colleagues.
For some events, Colleagues might want to coordinate efforts to maximize their meetings. They might also want to cover meetings for each other. This schedule setting makes both easier.
Here’s a default, individual schedule:
Here’s the same Attendee’s schedule, with their Colleagues’ meetings included:
Changing the setting
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:
- Step 2. You can use any Attendee’s record. Changes you save there will apply to all Attendees.
- Use the Action menu to choose Your Schedule:
- Step 3. Click the Settings button:
- Step 4. In the Attendee Settings pop-up, click the Include colleague meetings for role checkbox. Then choose Attendee.
Then click Save as Default:
- Now, each Attendee’s schedule will include all of their Colleagues’ meetings as well.
- The Name column shows which Attendee is taking each meeting:
You can add this setting to Company Rep schedules as well, if both Attendees and Company Reps will want to see Colleague schedules. | |
You can use this setting in Moderated and Unmoderated meeting programs. |
