In a Moderated meeting program, a Company can approve or decline each meeting request.
If a decline happens in error, you can reinstate the request from your Admin account.
- Step 1. Head to the Company List:
- Step 2. Filter the list to locate the Company that declined the request.
- Use the Action menu to choose Meeting Requests Received:
- Step 3. The Meeting Requests page is divided into Pending, Approved, and Declined sections.
- Scroll down to the Declined requests.
- Step 4. Use the Undo link to reinstate the request:
- The request now moves to the Pending section. You can now proceed with scheduling a meeting from this request:
