Where is it?
We're assuming here that you've already:
- Set up the integration
- Shared your event with CorpAxe
- Scheduled meetings for your event in MeetMax
Once that's done, your integration settings are in the Configure tab:
Creating an Institution Map
Before you can share meetings from an event, you’ll need to create an Institution Map.
This map is a spreadsheet, listing your Institutions in CorpAxe alongside their matching fields in MeetMax. Below is an example.
- The Value column shows MeetMax Company names (though you might use a different field here).
- The CorpAxe Institution column shows the corresponding information in CorpAxe.

Setting an event up to share meetings
Now that your Institution Map is ready, follow these steps.
- Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Event Settings, then CorpAxe:
- Step 2. Click the CorpAxe Institution Map link:
- Step 3. Click the Upload New Map button.
- You’ll be prompted to choose your Institution Map file from your computer:

Here’s where you’ll see the link to download a copy of our sample map. - Step 4. Choose the MeetMax field that will be the basis of your mapping.
- In this example, we’re choosing the Company field. But as you see below, all of your custom form fields are available to choose as well:
Setting up an event to share cancellations (Optional)
Once you’ve uploaded your Institution Map, you’ll see a new section in the CorpAxe settings:
This integration can send meeting cancellations to CorpAxe. To use this option, you’ll need to:
- Set up your event’s cancellation reasons in MeetMax.
- Map each reason to a matching cancellation reason in CorpAxe, as shown below:
Be sure to click Save!
| If you don’t map cancellation reasons, MeetMax won’t send meeting cancellations to CorpAxe. The original meetings would be sent, but not any cancellations. |
Exporting meetings to CorpAxe
At this point, you’re ready to click the Export Meetings button:
| MeetMax only exports meetings from the event you're currently in. If you’re sharing multiple events with CorpAxe, you’d need to export each event’s meetings separately. | |
| You can click this button again any time you need to send updated information to CorpAxe. |
MeetMax groups the meetings into Meeting Bundles, which are based on the Buyside Institution in CorpAxe. You’ll get an email notification showing the number of meeting bundles that were successfully sent to CorpAxe.
