How it works

With just a few clicks, you can send these details from MeetMax to CorpAxe Calendar (shown below):

  • Event details, including dates, location, description, link, and contact person
  • List of participating Companies
  • Company Rep list (optional)

Setting up the integration

This integration is a premium add-on feature in MeetMax. To set it up, you’ll need to take these steps:

Step 1. Contact TWST Events Sales
Reach out to your TWST Sales Representative, or email [email protected]. We’ll help you set up a user license for the integration.

Step 2. Contact CorpAxe for your client code
Let your CorpAxe representative know that you're giving MeetMax permission to send data on your behalf. They’ll issue you a unique client code.

Note: Why do you need to give CorpAxe your permission? Because both CorpAxe and MeetMax take your data privacy seriously.

Step 3. Contact MeetMax Support
Now you’re ready to contact MeetMax Support. Give them your CorpAxe client code, and they’ll do the rest!

Exporting data to CorpAxe Calendar

In MeetMax, you can set any of your Events to share information with CorpAxe Calendar.

Step 1. Open the MeetMax event you want to sync with CorpAxe.

Step 2. Go to the Configure menu. Choose Event Settings, and then CorpAxe:

Step 3. From there, it's just a few clicks:

• Make sure Send Event to CorpAxe is set to Yes.

• You can opt to send a list of Company Reps to CorpAxe, or not. (If you choose No, then MeetMax will only send the list of participating Companies.)

• Choose the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) codes that apply to the event. Then click Save:

Step 4. Once you’ve made these settings, you can return to this page any time to export the event’s data. Click the Export to CorpAxe button.

Note: There’s no limit to how many times you can export data. You might, for example, make your first export once you have most of your registrations, and then export again later to send last-minute changes.

Adding more event details

In CorpAxe Calendar, you might want to display an event description, contact information, and a website link. You can add these in MeetMax and then export them.

Step 1. In MeetMax, open the Event you’d like to update.

Step 2. Head to the Configure menu. Choose Event Settings, then Enable Features:

Step 3. Scroll down to the Event List section of the page.

• Set Should this event be shown on the event list to Yes.

• Paste in any link you’d like to share for the event. It might be a sales or marketing website, or your event registration page.

• Add an event description.

Step 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Step 5. Time to export this data. In MeetMax, head back to the CorpAxe settings page. Then click the Export to CorpAxe button:

Managing your shared data

When you click the Export to CorpAxe button, that export overrides the previous data.

You can delete a Company or Company Rep from your CorpAxe Calendar if needed. Keep in mind that those changes won’t appear in MeetMax.

Sharing multiple events

MeetMax makes it easy to keep multiple events synced to CorpAxe Calendar.

Each time you click the Export to CorpAxe button, no matter which Event you’re in, MeetMax will re-sync the data for all of your current and future events.
