Where is it?

Once you’ve enabled the integration, you’ll manage it from MeetMax’s Configure tab:

Setting up the integration

Log into your Rhythm and MeetMax accounts in separate browser tabs.

Step 1. In MeetMax, head to the Configure tab. Choose Event Settings, then Enable Features:

Step 2. Scroll down to the Integrations section. Under Do you wish to integrate with Rhythm, choose Yes:

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save:

Step 4. Head back to the Configure tab. Choose Event Settings, then Rhythm:

Step 5. Copy these credentials from your Rhythm account, and paste them into MeetMax:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Tenant ID

  • Event ID

	If you’re not sure where to find these details in your Rhythm account, reach out to Rhythm Support for help.
	Once you’ve set up one event, the Client Secret, Client ID, and Tenant ID will automatically appear in all future MeetMax events.

Step 6. Click Save. Our integration automatically maps the necessary Rhythm fields to MeetMax fields.

Importing participants from Rhythm

When you’ve set up the integration, you’ll be ready to import your registrants from Rhythm.

Step 1. On the integration settings page, click the Import Attendees button:

Step 2. You’ll be prompted to choose the user role for this group. Then click Import:

The import process may take a few minutes. You’ll see a confirmation message when it’s complete:

Step 3. You’ll now see all the imported participants in the Attendee List:

You can repeat these steps any time to import additional registrants.

Importing cancellations from Rhythm

If you have participants cancel their registrations in Rhythm, you can use this integration to send those cancellations to MeetMax. That way, your Attendee List stays accurate.

You can click the Import Attendees button again at any point, and the integration will:

• Check for new registrations in Rhythm
• Check for cancellations in Rhythm since the last import

You’ll then see the cancellations in the MeetMax Deletion Log.
