How it’s used:
• If your event allows Attendees to submit change requests for their meetings, this report gives you a current list of Attendees who've made requests.
• You can use this report on-screen or export it as a spreadsheet - whichever fits your workflow better.
• If you want to include the details of each change request in this report, run a Change Request Spreadsheet instead.

Running the report
- Step 1. Head to the Attendee List:
- Step 2. Go to the Columns tab. Here, you can add and remove columns. Click Apply to save the changes.
- Below is a good starting set of columns to use. Since this report is primarily a list of Attendees, it doesn’t need a lot of included data. But you can always add any other columns that would be helpful:

Your event might have slightly different names for these columns. - Step 3. Now, head to the Filter tab. Make sure all current filters are cleared.
- Then use the top menu to choose With Open Change Requests (Source):

In MeetMax: the Source is the person who sent a meeting request. The Target is the person who received that request. If you ran this report from the Company List, the filter would be With Open Change Requests (target).
Exporting the report
To export the report in spreadsheet form, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Batch Actions, then choose Excel.
You can open the exported file in any spreadsheet software:
Saving the report
Want to save this report so you can quickly access it later?
Head to the Custom Report tab. Give the report a title, choose whether to share it with your team, and click Save:
Whenever you reopen this report, it will show the current pending change requests.
