The Meeting Reports page offers a selection of targeted views of your 1x1 meetings program:

Conference at a Glance report
This flexible report gives you complete overviews of any event day. You can choose what to include:
- Attendees (and/or Company Reps)
- Meeting locations
- Scheduled meetings
- Availability

Overlapping Scheduled Items report
If you’re using MeetMax’s conflict prevention tools, you won’t have any data on this report.
If you’re not using those tools, this report will display any 1x1 meetings that are scheduled at times when the Attendee also is signed up for a Presentation or Activity.
Meeting Feedback Spreadsheet
If you’re using Meeting Feedback, this report lists all meetings where a participant left a rating. You’ll see the names of the rater and ratee, the score, and the meeting details.
This report downloads to your computer in Excel format. You can open it in any spreadsheet software.
Meeting Survey Responses Spreadsheet
If you’re using the optional survey that’s part of our Meeting Feedback feature, this report lists all the survey responses submitted for each meeting.
This report downloads to your computer in Excel format. You can open it in any spreadsheet software.
Change Requests Spreadsheet
If your event allows Attendees to submit change requests for their scheduled meetings, this report lists all the details of those changes.
This report downloads to your computer in Excel format. You can open it in any spreadsheet software.
