How do I export my email log?

Each time you email a participant from MeetMax, whether it’s individually or part of a batch email, we store the delivery data in your event’s Email Log.

Exporting the Email Log

Step 1. Head to the Messages tab. Choose Email Logs, then Emails:
  MeetMax also maintains a Batches log, where we store the overall delivery stats of each batch email. The Batches log isn’t downloadable, but the Email Log contains the same data.
Step 2. If you’d like to filter the Email Log data, use the menu to apply as many filters as you need:
To export the full Email Log, leave the filters blank.
Step 3. Head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel:
You can open the downloaded file in any spreadsheet software.
