Each time you email a participant from MeetMax, whether it’s individually or part of a batch email, we store the delivery data in your event’s Email Log.
Exporting the Email Log
- Step 1. Head to the Messages tab. Choose Email Logs, then Emails:

MeetMax also maintains a Batches log, where we store the overall delivery stats of each batch email. The Batches log isn’t downloadable, but the Email Log contains the same data. - Step 2. If you’d like to filter the Email Log data, use the menu to apply as many filters as you need:
- To export the full Email Log, leave the filters blank.
- Step 3. Head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel:
- You can open the downloaded file in any spreadsheet software.
